  • 不論任何原因，如合資格客戶參與大抽獎次數多於可獲得獎賞次數，只有符合本行紀錄的抽獎結果（按時間先後順序）將被視為有效及用作安排獎賞予合資格客戶。
  • 合資格客戶須確保於網頁抽獎時提供有效及正確之資料 （包括交易指示參考編號）。資料一經遞交，不可更改。若於網頁提供之資料不正確或無效，於此等情況下，該抽獎將被視為無效及不會獲得獎賞。

  • “Eligible Client” refers to client who has never had any U.S. securities transaction executed with Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”).
  • The offer is applicable to U.S. securities transactions placed via Online Securities Trading platform in relation to securities listed on NASDAQ, New York Stock Exchange, NYSE AMEX, NYSE ARCA and BATS.
  • If, for any reason, the number of drawn lucky draw exceeds the number of the Eligible Client is entitled to, only the Reward(s) (in chronological order) matching the Bank’s record will be valid and be awarded to the Eligible Client.
  • Eligible Client must provide valid and accurate information (including Order Reference Number) on the Webpage for lucky draw. The record, once submitted, cannot be amended. In the event that any information provided on the Webpage is incorrect or invalid, the entry will be considered as invalid and no Reward will be awarded.
