Each of the banking products or services set out in the Terms and Conditions is subject to respective eligibility, application process, fees and charges, and product terms and conditions. For further details, please contact the Bank’s staff or refer to our website at sc.com/hk. |

All offers / rewards / gifts cannot be transferred, returned, exchanged or converted into cash, unless otherwise specified. |

Clients understand and accept that the Bank is not the supplier of any of gift offered in this campaign. The Bank shall have no liability relating to any aspect of the gifts including, without limitation, their quality, the supply, the descriptions of the gifts provided by the merchants, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the gifts, made by the merchants, their employees, officers or agents. The uses of the gift(s) are subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated by the merchants (if applicable). |

Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture to participate in all offers / rewards / gifts. In case there is any suspicious abuse, misuse or fraud, the Bank reserves the absolute right to forfeit the client’s eligibility to participate and/or entitlement to the Gift Reward without notice. |

The Bank reserves the right to extend, vary, modify and terminate any of the following Reward(s), and to amend any of these Terms and Conditions below form time to time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the Bank’s decision shall be final and binding. |

If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall apply and prevail. |

| A. "Marathon VIP Experience" Lucky Draw |
| 1. |
The promotion period is from 2 October to 30 November 2015, both dates inclusive (the "Lucky Draw Period"). |

The "Marathon VIP Experience" Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw") is applicable to existing clients who are the sole or primary accountholders of any accounts with the Bank. Existing clients are required to complete the registration once only from 2 October 2015 (starting at 09:00) to 30 November 2015 (ending at 23:59) (both dates inclusive) via sc.com/hk/Marathon. Existing clients who have not registered for Online Banking and eStatement service are also required to register the Online Banking and eStatement service by 30 Novemeber 2015. Clients who have completed the above steps are eligible for the Lucky Draw. ("Eligible Client"). |

Each Eligible Client is entitled to one entry of the Lucky Draw only during the entire Lucky Draw Period. |

Eligible Client will receive a reference number upon successful registration and is required to keep the reference number for verification. All registered information will be recorded, which cannot be cancelled, changed or exchanged. |

There will be a total of ten winners in the Lucky Draw. Each winner will be rewarded a Professional Sports Camera with handheld gimbal ("Lucky Draw Gift") and eligible to attend one or more Marathon VIP Experience Event(s) ("VIP Event"). Each Eligible Client can only be the winner of the Lucky Draw once during the entire Lucky Draw Period. The Bank reserves the right to replace the Lucky Draw Gift with alternative gift without prior notice. |

All winners will be randomly selected by a computer system held by the Bank. The Lucky Draw results will be announced on the Bank’s website sc.com/hk/digital on or before 31 December 2015 and all winners will receive a separate confirmation letter for the VIP Event and Lucky Draw Gift related arrangements. The Bank shall have the right to publish the Lucky Draw results, including the names of the winners at the Bank’s website or other appropriate channels whenever applicable. |

The Lucky Draw Gift will be presented to winners on the day of 20th Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon. If the winner does not redeem the Lucky Draw Gift on the day of 20th Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon for whatever reasons, the relevant Lucky Draw Gift shall be forfeited automatically and shall not be paid to the winner through any other means. |
